It's a very iykyk place. So it's not over crowded (yet!), but it's low key the next Tulum. Travel bloggers, creators and a-listers say this "magic town" is "spiritual chic," "the hotels have amangiri vibes without the price tag," "it's a tranquil beach getaway," and that it's "rustic, but so elevated." Couldn't be more perfect for our immersion!

All guests should plan to arrive by afternoon of 5/4 (check in at 3PM, programming starts at 5PM) and depart afternoon 5/8 (check out at 11AM, programming finishes at 9AM) . Airport transfers are included. NOTE: For NYC travelers, there is one direct JetBlue flight out of JFK (as of 1/14 the roundtrip fare was $454) so book your flight asap.

This beach front oasis is private, secluded and designed to be highly restorative. Owned by a fabulous couple from San Francisco, the teams are expert at offering 5-star experiences for groups, just like ours.

Eileen Crossin
Co-Host + Founder, Quantum Potential
Eileen is a media executive and sales leader with yoga and meditation teacher certifications. Having worked for major global real estate, tech, and media companies like TikTok, Eileen consistently noticed a gap in how development was offered in the workplace and launched Quantum Potential (QP) in 2023. Today, QP is training for the mind, for women and for business.
QP offers an integrated and holistic approach that shows us how to access the tools inherent in all of us through understanding, awareness, and choice to make all outcomes possible. Her goal through the work is to help you discover your limitless potential.
Eileen also co-hosts a podcast called, I’m Not Like You and has a personal styling business, called Moore LifeStyle. She’s a wife to a cute Brit and a mother of a 5 y.o. son. She has lived all over the world, and currently calls Austin home.

Jennifer Johnston
Co-Host + Founder, a terra
Jenn's heart has always been guided and connected to the plant world. She holds a Bachelor in Plant Science with a concentration in Horticulture Sustainable Development and Design, a Post Baccalaureate in Education, and a Masters of Arts in Education. Her academics have always inspired her studies of the natural world, the power of plants, and their relationship to humans. Grounded in herbal studies in the US and afar, rooted in movement with 400+ certified hours of yoga and meditation training , and nourished by her studies in regenerative farming, Ayurvedic healing and diet, and health coaching keeps her dedicated to the balanced wellness of her clients, family, and friends. Jenn’s day-to-day living is representative of the a terra brand mission.

Pricing & Accommodation
To make this a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all, this immersion will be as “all inclusive” as possible.
Prices include accommodation, most meals/alcohol, experiences, transfers and all scheduled events and activities. It also includes local taxes.
Accommodations:
Our immersion will take place at Lejos de Todo, a private boutique guest home. Recently acquired by a Bay Area family, this stunning home in “magic town” is a desert oasis built for surrender and transform experiences.
All guests will stay in casitas fully appointed with a private bathroom and shower.
Casitas can be booked as single or double occupancy. If you book a double casita, but are traveling solo, your hosts will match you up with another guest.

No, Airfare is not included but transfers to and from the airport in Todos Santos are. Flights should be booked to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Flights are currently around $300-$400 round trip from Austin.

Yes! Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included on property. Any offsite meals (estimating 2) will be at an additional, but minimal, cost. All non-alcoholic drinks along with beer, wine and Tequila are included.

What about it? Well this is partly why this is an immersion and not a retreat. Alcohol is totally optional of course but will be available and is included when on property. Tequila, wine and beer is included in your price. Any additional drinks will be at your own expense.

Yes. To reserve your space we charge a $500 non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance of your attendance is due on 03/01.

Your $500 deposit is non refundable as we will be securing your spot directly with the hotel. Cancellation is permitted up until the balance payment is due on 3/1. Once paid we are unable to offer refunds as the hotel will be paid fully for your stay.

To get the full impact of this immersive experience we recommend participating in as much of the schedule as possible but each activity is entirely optional. This is your time in paradise to be and enjoy yourself.

Of course! This is immersion is about finding and enjoying yourself. You can do that alone or with someone or some people that you know. Choose from a private teepee for one or share with someone and we’ll pair you up.
